Karl E. Scott
Karl Scott founded Karl E. Scott Realty in 2001, after working for 12 years as a Broker Associate. Karl was a frequent visitor to the Delray area for 20 years before moving there in 1988. His parents bought a house in The Village of Golf in 1968 and he and his wife Carol continue to live there. Karl graduated from Dartmouth College in 1971 and worked in resort hospitality and sales before settling on a career in real estate, which he has been practicing full time since he moved here. He has extensive knowledge in the real estate markets of The Village of Golf, Gulf Stream, Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge, Manalapan and exceptional golf course communities.
Holly Hickman
Holly is focused on achieving the best outcome for her clients in the residential real estate market, and has been doing so successfully for over 20 years. Leo H. Phillips, Jr.
Leo Phillips has 16 years experience serving clients in coastal Palm Beach County. Prior to joining the real estate profession, he practiced as a corporate attorney in New York City and an officer of a large corporation. He graduated from Hillsdale College and the University of Michigan Law School. Leo has a strong commitment to volunteer service, notably as District Governor of Rotary International, and in leadership positions on the boards of many local nonprofits. His extensive real estate and business experience, coupled with his knowledge of South Palm Beach County, allow Leo to provide excellent service to those desiring to sell and buy real estate in the area.
